Meet Jessica Hoppes!

Jessica Hoppes is a dedicated licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania, with a passion for helping preteens, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. Her journey into counseling began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, followed by a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Edinboro University.

With a diverse toolbox of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, Jessica tailors her counseling to meet the unique needs of each individual she works with. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, bullying, school-related issues, grief and loss, trauma, career development, self-esteem, and peer relationships.

Jessica’s professional experience includes serving as a former school-based therapist, where she honed her skills in supporting students within the educational system. She has experience as a mobile therapist, delivering individual and family sessions in various settings including homes, communities, and schools. 

Known for her empathetic and compassionate approach, Jessica prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. She values creating a safe and trusting space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. With a commitment to helping her clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles, Jessica is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
